Terms of sale
The agreement between you and us when you buy something. Written to be read, not to be survived. Nothing here takes away a right the Australian Consumer Law gives you, because nothing here is allowed to.
Last updated 28 August 2026
Checkout is not open yet. These terms are published in advance so you can read them before we start taking orders, and they will apply to every order from the day checkout opens.
Who you are buying from
Everything 3D is the trading name used by this small Australian maker based in New South Wales, operating the store at https://everything3d.xyz. Everything sold here is designed and 3D printed in Australia. The one address for orders, questions and complaints is ethan@arrowhit.xyz. Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge uses a bank-statement description intended to identify Everything 3D, although the exact display is controlled through Stripe and can vary by bank.
These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By placing an order you are agreeing to them, so they are short enough to actually read.
When the order becomes an order
Adding something to your cart does not reserve it and does not commit either of us. Payment is taken when you place your order, and a contract forms when we accept it, which is when we send your confirmation email.
We may still decline an order after payment and before we start printing. That is rare and it is not personal. The realistic reasons are that a price was listed wrongly, that we cannot print what was asked for to a standard we are willing to send, or that the payment was flagged as fraudulent. If we decline, you are refunded in full straight away.
Prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order and the receipt you receive is a receipt rather than a tax invoice.
- Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. See the shipping page for the rates.
- We do not add a surcharge for paying by card. The price you see is the price of the item.
- Prices can change, but never after you have paid. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, a $60 vessel showing as $6 because of a mistake on our end, we will contact you before doing anything, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not quietly charge you the difference.
Made to order
Nothing here is held in stock. Your piece begins printing the same day you order, once the order is accepted, which is why you get the exact colour, size and configuration you chose.
- Printing starts the same day you order. Dispatch is 1 to 3 business days from order, plus delivery time.
- You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your piece starts printing, which is the same day you order and often within 12 hours of it.
- Risk in the goods stays with us until they are delivered to the address you gave us.
- Because each piece is made for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faults, damage and anything not as described are a different matter entirely and are covered in full on the returns page.
If we cannot supply after accepting your order
If something goes wrong on our side after we have accepted your order, a machine failure or a material we cannot get, we will tell you within one business day of knowing. You can then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
What the products are, and are not
These are 3D printed objects. Most are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic. Some of the tools and outdoor pieces are printed in PETG, which is tougher and more heat-tolerant. The material for each item is stated on its product page. None of them are ceramic, glass or metal, and none are sold as such.
- Still Life vessels are not watertight. Printed in a single continuous spiral, which is what removes the seam and also means one wall thickness with nothing behind it. They are for dried arrangements. Do not fill them with water.
- PLA softens from around 55°C, PETG from around 80°C. Keep pieces out of hot cars and off windowsills in full afternoon sun.
- Not food-safe, not dishwasher-safe, not toys for children under three. Printed surfaces have fine grooves that cannot be properly sanitised, and small parts are a choking hazard.
- Colour varies slightly between batches and between screens. The photographs are the most accurate guide we can give you, and every colour of every form has been photographed for exactly that reason.
Custom and commissioned work
Custom requests are quoted individually and paid by a link we send you. A custom piece is made to your specification, so once printing has begun it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. It is still covered by the consumer guarantees, and if it does not match the specification we agreed, that is our problem to fix.
Do not send us anything to print that you do not have the right to print. If you supply a model or a design, you are confirming you are allowed to have it made.
Our designs
The Still Life forms, the Whipblade, CogForm, and the product photography, text and branding on this site are ours. Buying a piece buys you the piece. It does not transfer the design, and it does not come with a licence to reproduce or resell it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If any part of these terms would do that, it does not apply to you.
What we sell is ordinarily bought for personal, domestic or household use, so we do not cap our liability under those guarantees. That includes your entitlement to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure.
Separately from the consumer guarantees, we are not responsible for loss we did not cause, or for loss arising from a product being used in a way it was expressly not sold for, such as filling a vessel we have told you is not watertight.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, so a later change cannot alter an order you have already made.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You can bring proceedings either in those courts or in the courts of the state or territory where you live. Nothing here affects your right to take a matter to the consumer protection agency in your own state or territory.
Something not covered here?
Email ethan@arrowhit.xyz and a real person will answer, usually within a day and always within 3 business days. If something has gone wrong with an order, say so plainly and we will sort it out.
