Is it a real weapon?
Not at all. It is a 3D printed prop made for display, photos and cosplay.
What is it made from?
PLA: a plant-based, low-odour, non-toxic material made from renewable feedstock rather than petroleum. It is not home compostable and needs industrial composting, so treat it as a durable object rather than a disposable one. Sturdy enough for display and play, but it is a display and cosplay piece, not a hard-use tool.
How big is it, really?
Closed it is just 18 cm, small enough to sit in your palm. Flicked open it locks out to 67 cm, a handle plus four blade segments and about two thirds of a full katana. The guard measures 10 by 5.5 cm and the grip is a comfortable 4 by 3 cm. See the full size guide above.

Which colour should I pick?
